Eligibility, Qualification and Experience
Applicants must hold a master’s degree from a reputable HEC recognised or internationally recognised university in a relevant field. Accepted fields include Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telecommunication, Information Technology and Business Management.
Candidates require at least eight years of relevant experience in the IT and telecom sector. This experience must include exposure to international engagements and government or regulatory affairs.
Relevant experience in digital economy or emerging technology matters is also required. These areas may include fiberisation, spectrum, Internet of Things, online media services, smart cities and digital infrastructure.
