Eligibility, Qualification and Experience
Applicants must have more than 20 years of senior level central banking experience, supported by a strong record in leadership and institutional transformation.
Candidates should have worked as a commercial bank CEO, Deputy CEO, Group Head of Compliance or Risk, transformation advisor, or in an equivalent senior position at a regulatory institution such as the State Bank of Pakistan.
The bank is seeking candidates with proven experience in commercial bank licensing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, institutional restructuring and dealing with observations raised by the State Bank of Pakistan or Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
Applicants should also understand banking operations, prudential regulations, governance, risk management, compliance, internal audit, taxation, technology and human resource transformation.
Candidates must satisfy the applicable regulatory Fit and Proper Criteria. The advertisement does not mention a specific university degree or age limit.
