Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) is recruiting experienced IT Security Professionals for its head office in Lahore. The Authority has advertised 13 vacancies in the grades of Deputy Director and Assistant Director, all focused on Information Security, Governance, Offensive Security, SOC Operations, Penetration Testing, Digital Forensics, and Security Architecture. These are three-year contract posts, extendable on satisfactory performance, and applications will close on 12 September 2026 at 5:00 PM.
This is a very technical hiring period. PLRA is building a dedicated information security function, and every position on the list requires cybersecurity experience backed by recognized certifications, not a general IT background.

All 13 posts are based at PLRA Headquarters in Lahore. The monthly salary package is separate from the technical expert incentive allowance.
Eligibility Criteria
The basic educational requirement is the same for all eight posts: At least 16 years of education in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Cyber ​​Security from an HEC-recognized university. Advanced qualifications in relevant subjects are preferred but not required.

Terms & Conditions
These are three-year contractual appointments which are extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance. Age relaxation in the upper limit is available as per the policy, and the PLRA has specifically encouraged applications from women, transgender persons, and differently-abled candidates. Government servants already in service should apply through proper channel. No TA/DA is paid for test or interview, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, and incomplete applications will be rejected outright. PLRA also reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or withdraw the recruitment process for any post at any stage without assigning any reason.

Is NOC (Network Operations Center) experience accepted for the SOC Analyst posts?
No. The advertisement specifically states that NOC experience will not be considered as SOC experience for either the Deputy Director or Assistant Director SOC Analyst posts.
