Those applying for jobs in the Islamabad Police and NCCIA, have now received some more time. The application deadline has been extended to September 14, 2026.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi announced the extension of the deadline. He encouraged youth of all the Pakistan to apply for these jobs.
Different types of posts have been kept in the NCCIA recruitment. These include the positions of Sub Inspector, Assistant Sub Inspector, Constable, Technical Assistant, Stenotypist, Upper Division Clerk, and Constable Driver.
NCCIA recruitment has different types of posts. Some positions require a Matriculation or Intermediate qualification, while technical and higher-scale positions require a relevant degree or Computer and IT qualification.
Candidates for uniformed positions will also be required to undergo a physical test. According to the recruitment details, male candidates must complete a 1.6 kilometer running test in 7 minutes, while female candidates must complete the distance in 10 minutes.
The application forms will be available online on the National Police Foundation Testing and Assessment Service (NPFTAS) portal. Candidates who apply for more than one post will be required to write separate applications for each of the posts.
Islamabad Police website has also published the current recruitment notification, where applicants have been directed to the NPFTAS portal to apply online.
The revised deadline is now September 14, 2026.
