Service Quality Observer
Service Quality Observer monitors branch-level customer service not in person but through DVR footage. The observer views multiple camera feeds simultaneously, flags policy violations or service lapses, and documents incidents with accurate timestamps.
Eligibility
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute or university
- A qualification in Islamic Finance is an added advantage, not a requirement
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Responsibilities include monitoring customer service via DVR in branches, capturing and logging incidents with timestamps and video clips, tracking customer wait times, and checking that branches follow customer-first protocols, greetings, proactive counter management, and proper use of the EQMS queuing system.
Senior BI Engineer
Senior BI Engineer is a senior technical role in the Finance department’s Data Analytics team, focused on translating business needs into work on BI systems across the bank.
Eligibility
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering, from an HEC-recognized institute
- Islamic Finance qualification counts as an advantage
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing, ideally within a large bank or financial institution
- Hands-on experience with IBM Cognos, IBM Db2 Warehouse, enterprise semantic modelling, and self-service BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Tableau is expected
This job includes designing and managing the bank’s enterprise business semantic layer, leading delivery of Cognos reports and dashboards, and optimizing BI models and SQL workloads for performance at scale.
Data Modeler
Data Modeler role sits with the Senior BI Engineer position on the same Data Analytics team, but focuses on designing the underlying data structure rather than the reporting layer.
Eligibility
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering, from an HEC-recognized institute
- Islamic Finance qualification is a plus
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Data Modelling, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering
- Experience designing logical and physical data models for enterprise data warehouses, preferably in banking or financial services
This job includes building dimensional and atomic layer data models aligned with the IBM Financial Services Data Model (FSDM) and working in Db2 Warehouse, BigSQL, DataStage, and Cognos environments.
