Lady Ranger applicants must appear personally for registration, while applications for the remaining positions must be submitted by post.

Eligibility, Qualification and Experience

The age limit is 18 to 30 years as of 28 October 2026. This limit already includes the five year general age relaxation allowed by the government. Any additional relaxation will be applied according to the categories and rules stated in the advertisement.
Male candidates applying for Religious Teacher and Cook positions must have a minimum height of 5 feet 6 inches. For Khakrob and miscellaneous trade positions, the minimum male height is 5 feet 3 inches. The minimum chest measurement is 33 inches with an expansion of 1.5 inches, while the minimum weight is 121 pounds.
Female candidates applying as Lady Rangers must have a minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches. Taller candidates may receive preference.
Government employees must provide a departmental NOC. Candidates previously dismissed from government or military service, convicted by a court or declared medically unfit are not eligible.

Lady Ranger Registration
Lady Ranger applicants do not need to send a postal application. They must report personally to the Pakistan Rangers Academy in Mandi Bahauddin between 28 September and 2 October 2026.
Candidates should bring
- Original educational certificates
- Original CNIC
- Original domicile
- Two sets of document photocopies
- Two recent passport size photographs
- Joggers or suitable shoes for the physical test
- Departmental NOC, if already employed by the government
Registration and initial selection will take place at the recruitment centre.
Applications for Other Positions
Candidates applying for Religious Teacher, Cook, Khakrob or miscellaneous skilled trades must prepare a written application.
The application should contain the applicant’s name, father’s name, date of birth, educational qualification, domicile, complete address, mobile number and position applied for.
Attach two sets of attested copies of the required documents, two passport size photographs and a self addressed stamped envelope.

The selection process may include physical measurement, a physical test, written or trade test, psychological assessment, interview and medical examination. No travel or daily allowance will be paid.
